Back To The Good Earth

In the 21st century, we will look for places worth staying in. Back to nature, to peace and quiet, to less crowded places and fresher air.

The trend is already here, big cities are depopulating due to many factors, including unaffordable prices, polluted air, overcrowding, traffic jams, not enough nature, etc. Simply not a good place to stay in. This is aided by the work-at-home movement, better internet connections, better logistics and of course, by the COVID-19 epidemic. We should be looking at decentralising cities and living in the smaller towns and rural areas.
