CULTIVATE GOOD THOUGHTS

How aware of you of your thoughts? Most of us spend very little time reflecting on the way we think. Your face is the mirror of your mind. We may not realise it, but we often wear our thoughts on our face. Negative thoughts make you look strained, old and unhappy. Good thoughts shine out of your face like sunbeams.

A person who has good thoughts cannot ever be ugly, says children’s author Roald Dahl. “You can have a wonky nose and a crooked mouth and a double chin and stick-out teeth, but if you have good thoughts … you will always look lovely.”
