RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and purchases made through consumer.org.my.

By purchasing through our Website, you agree to the terms set out below:

1. Cancellations & Refunds

Once an order is paid and confirmed, no cancellation is allowed.
In the event the goods ordered is not available, we reserve the right to cancel the order and make a full refund to you using the original payment method, where possible. However, in cases where part of the goods ordered are out of stock, you will be contacted to consider having the items replaced with goods of similar value or to have the order canceled with full refund.
You may place a fresh order of the items that are in stock.

2. Returns

Returns based on “change of mind” is not accepted by any means.

We will accept returns from customers for purchases sent back and received by us within 7 working days of receipt of the shipment ONLY on the following conditions:
