Efforts to Move Forward Stalled by Fossil Fuel Producers “Despite agreement amongst nearly all states of the urgency to protect human health from toxic chemicals in plastics, major fossil fuel producers stalled efforts to move forward in an efficient manner, claiming that plastics production has nothing to do with plastic pollution.”
