
Happiness is not something ready-made. It comes from your own actions. One of the world’s greatest thinkers Aristotle, taught this: “Happiness depends upon ourselves.” You are the only one who can make your life happier – and better.
Live each day to the fullest. Wake up early, enjoy nature, and live in the moment. To live a happier and healthy life, eat nourishing food, get enough sleep, be in the company of good people, get regular exercise, and be compassionate towards others.
And don’t forget to do something meaningful each day. Be kind, thoughtful, and polite; and embrace humility – these are some of the important things to put in your daily living jar.
