She explained how these foods and drink help with hydration, reduce internal body heat, and promote overall wellness, especially during hot weather.
An expert in traditional Indian cooking, Tamil Selvi incorporates herbs from her garden into her culinary creations and for medicinal use. With her extensive knowledge of herbs and traditional medicine, she has successfully encouraged friends and family to utilise natural remedies to reduce hospital visits and the associated medical waste generated.
