FOSSIL FUEL EMISSIONS DAMAGE HEALTH

Fossil fuel is a term for non-renewable energy sources such as coal, coal products, natural gas, derived gas, crude oil, petroleum products and non-renewable wastes.

Producing and burning fossil fuels creates air pollution that harms our health and generates toxic emissions that drive climate change.

“A transition away from fossil fuels is not only possible – it’s crucial for our future. Health for all must come before profits for the few,” says the WHO.
